The CO2 water bath vaporizer is an improvement made by our company on the basis of the original steam type vaporizer. In response to the large amount of 36 ℃ circulating water generated in the power workshop of the brewery, it is a bit difficult to cool the circulating water in summer. If a cooling tower is used for cooling, it can only be cooled to around 28 ℃. For the cooling water of imported refrigerators from abroad, the water temperature is generally high, around 20 ℃. In response to this situation, our company has developed an environmentally friendly water bath vaporizer that can solve the problem of high water temperature. After vaporization, the water temperature is 10-20 ℃, and it can also be vaporized without steam in spring, summer, and autumn; In winter, when the gas consumption is not high and the natural temperature is low, steam can be added appropriately for vaporization, which has a significant energy-saving effect.

CO2 water bath vaporizers are widely used in laboratories, industrial production, and other fields. In the laboratory, it is commonly used to provide gas CO2 for laboratory experiments or other applications. In industrial production, CO2 water bath vaporizers can be used in production processes that require the use of gaseous CO2, such as food processing, beverage manufacturing, chemical production, etc.

Vaporization capacity: 50-35000 kg/h (different specifications and models can be customized according to specific customer requirements)

Circulating water pressure: 0.2-0.3Mpa

Steam pressure: 0.3Mpa

Liquid CO2 inlet pressure: 2.0Mpa

Gas CO2 outlet pressure: 0.5-0.8Mpa
