Carbon recycling CO2 recovery machine is a device used to recover carbon dioxide (CO2) and recycle it. Operation process of CO2 gas circulation system:

The gas carbon dioxide with a temperature of 120 ℃ is transported by a fan to a two-stage water washing tower for circulating cleaning and cooling, removing a small amount of dust from the carbon dioxide. The temperature is reduced to about 40 ℃. The carbon dioxide gas at 40 ℃ is cooled again by an air-cooled pre cooler to about 20 ℃, and then enters the carbon dioxide storage tank for gas separation. It is compressed to 1.5Mpa by a compressor and supplied to the user department in a buffer tank (provided by the buyer). A pressure transmitter is installed on the storage tank, and the compressor starts, stops, and exhausts overpressure according to the pressure inside the storage tank.
