This machine uses diatomaceous earth as a filter aid, which has the advantages of good sealing, stable performance, easy operation and maintenance, low filtration cost, long service life, high production efficiency, extended working time, and convenient forward and reverse flushing.

The filter element candle rod of this filter adopts a skeleton type all stainless steel winding wedge-shaped structure. The stainless steel metal wire and the central rib are processed, which has high precision, high strength, and durability. It overcomes the disadvantages of deformation and blockage of the disc candle type in the past, is easy to clean, install, and replace. Sturdy and not easily damaged, with a long service life.

● Automatic filter candle cleaning: During backwashing, backwash water forms a moving continuous water film on the inner surface of each filter candle. With periodic compressed air (processed compressed air) as the driving force, the moving water film suddenly passes through the V-shaped gap and is washed clean, thereby completely removing residues such as diatomaceous earth attached to the surface of the filter candle.

Equipped with a pre coating circulation pump, the diatomaceous earth is pre coated evenly and quickly to form a stable filter layer.

The system has fewer mechanical transmission components during the entire process of filtration, cleaning, and CIP cleaning, making it easy to maintain and repair.
